In the mood for a healthy meal, but no time to spend in the kitchen? Then our tangy, mildly sweet, and super crispy avocado and baby spinach salad with red apple and Lemon dressing is the perfect choice for you. Hardly any other Green contains more nutrients than the superfood spinach so why worry when comfort food doesn’t have to be unhealthy!
1. Avocado 1/2 pc
2. Baby Spinach 30 gr
3. Red Apple 1/2 pc
4. Big Shallot sliced 10 gr
5. Roasted Cashew nut 15 gr
6. Cherry Tomato 15 gr
1. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
2. 0live oil 2 tbsp
3. Shallot chopped 5 gr
4. Salt & pepper: to taste
Step 1: Place baby spinach on a plate.
Step 2: Slice an avocado, chopped red apple, and shallot into small even pieces to place on top of the spinach.
Step 3: Add cherry tomato to the mixture along with other ingredients.
Step 4: Prepare the lemon dressing by mixing lemon juice, olive oil, shallot, salt, and pepper. Then pour the lemon dressing on top of the salad.
Step 5: Serve on a plate and top it with some roasted cashew and enjoy!
