Ingredient

1. Chicken breast skinless 180 gm

2. Rocket salad 30 gm

3. Cherry tomato 15 gm

4. Parmesan cheese shredded 5 gm

Balsamico dressing

1. Balsamico vinegar: 1 tbs

2. Olive oil: 2 tbs

3. Dijon or French mustard: 1 tbs

4. Salt & pepper: to taste

Instruction

• Marinate chicken with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
•  Sear on a pan until golden brown.
• Then bake at 180 degrees celsius for 10-15 mins until cooked properly and set aside.
• Plate baby rocket, cherry tomatoes, and parmesan cheese.
• Slice chicken breast and place it on the plate. Pour balsamic dressing on top.
